RentZoot costs $64.99 for the renter. If a landlord requests a background check, it is an extra $10. The reports are good for 45 days.
The renter pays for the verification, similar to any requested credit or verification services.
A charge is confirmed as soon as you confirm payment through stripe.
RentZoot uses stripe for a secure and easy payment process.
A receipt will be sent to the email you provided at payment.
