RENTZOOT REPORT

The RentZoot Report is a property specific curated report of a potential renter's verified information. We took the most important and relevant info and streamlined it into one report.

A verified mark means we have successfully verified your information.

You'll see a RentZoot Badge on a prospective renter's RentZoot Report. This will tell you if their information has been verified and if they meet a minimal credit score.

Zooted: The Tenant's information has been verified AND they have a 600 minimum credit score

Both the landlord and renter have access to the full credit report, but that can get confusing trying to figure out which pieces really matter. RentZoot pulls in the most important credit information to understand a renter's financial health. RentZoot pulls in the credit score, credit utilization (debt to credit ratio) and total monthly payments.
